Our first snow begins around the second week of December.
Holiday Week Dates: Christmas, New Year, Valentine Day, Easter, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day,Thanksgiving or any three day weekend holidays.
Price Includes up to 8 (eight) Person. Additional Person $10 / per night.
Children over the age of three are charged the same $10.00 additional fee. These charges are for the extra use of towels and bedding.
We reserved the rights to rent weekly only on holidays.
We also reseve the rights to not book this cabin for less guest at less rates. Mastercard and Visa Accepted
Please note that any guest that abuses the fact by bring in more quest without the owners permission, may be asked to leave the premises without any refunds.

Advance booking is recommended, 50% deposit on advance booking of two or more months. Full payment must be made three weeks prior to booking dates. If booking dates is less than three weeks, full payment must be made. $250.00 security deposit (backed by credit card) is required on all bookings, to cover broken, stolen or damaged property, any excess damages will be charged to your credit card. All security deposits paid with checks will be refunded after inspection. Please allow 1-2 weeks on return of security deposit. Major credit cards accepted. Personal checks accepted on advance bookings only, with bank clearing before booking dates. There is no cancellation within three weeks of booking date. No bad weather cancellations. If booking for winter months, prepare for snow days, bring with you your tire chains, more-in likely you may not need them, but we do have a sudden unpredicted snow storm now and then. Before arriving to the cabin, bring your food and beverages. Arrive early on the day of check-in if possible. Night arrivals can be tricky for guest that is not use to the roads. Call us if your planning to be late on arrival, for Weather Conditions. We do repeat there is no refunds on bad weather conditions.
There is no smoking within the cabins, only on outside decks. Containers provide for your convenience. Pets are welcomed up to 35 lbs, and must be kenneled if left alone in cabin. Please check with us on more requirements. Pet fees do apply for extra cleaning. Our pet guest must be approved by owner. Children under the age of 12 limited to four with Parents. No ATV vehicles allowed on property, but there is facilities available. Check with the local Chamber of Commerce for local area locations. Horses are allowed, but must be stabled off premises or pre-arrangements for stabling nearby, until our stables are build for "Rocking Horse Ridge". You're welcome to bring portable stalls, with your horses. Cleaning up is required, or extra charges will apply. Untidy guest is not welcomed on returns.
During Winter months, recommend 4x4 or AWD vehicles for the steep hills and weather conditions.
Fireworks are not allowed on property, we understand you enjoy the displays, but for your's and our safety, fireworks can cause a drastic forest fire, that could get out of control and cause multiple damages. We have only limited firefighting equipment in our local area. We appreciate your understandings. Firework displays are listed with the local chamber of commerce and operated by professionals.
Suggestion for you making your holiday a better stay with us. If your traveling by car, bring 2-3 extra trash bags, extra roll toilet paper, kitchen paper towels, laundry detergent, zip lock bags. These are general items that you have at home, and you can pack them is a small box. This helps with your budget of needing extra supplies. Keep in mind that our cabin has only starter supplies, if your here for a long vacation, you will need to restock such items for your needs. If your traveling by plane, pack some extras in your luggage or stop at the grocery store before or during your stay.
During our last few experience of families having fun, we have also had to made a few restrictions. Kids will not be allow to have any type of pellet or toys that shoot pellets (plastic or medal), these pellets are very damage, our wild life eats them and causes problems, also the cleaning them up in the cabin has caused problems.Young ladies with face glitter is not allowed, we do understand that young ladies do like to glow with this stuff, but it get into the sinks, bedding, flooring, sofa's, and hot tubs. Please understand our situations with these type of items. Added extra charges will apply if these type of situations accure.
